As of today 08/25/11, I have received no response from this company.

DO NOT STAY THERE!! CORRECTION ON THE MANAGERS NAME IT\'S SANDRA ALLTOP...I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH HER MANAGERM BRUCE SHIPLEY AND HE HAS NOT RESPOND.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....THERE GOAL IS TO GET YOU TO COMPLAIN, THEY DONT ASSIST, AND THEN THEY EVICT YOU FROM THEIR PREMISES AND KEEP YOUR FIRST NIGHT RENTAL FOR THEMSELVES..DO NOT STAY THERE, I have file compliant with BBB, SC Consumer Affairs Office as well as SC Attorney\'s General Office....Still no resolution....

Do not waste your time and money to stay at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach SC. The manager Sharon Alltop was rude after I complained about the room, they have bed bugs, roaches and the hotel is old and due for a makeover.I requested to change rooms,the MANAGER said she wasn't doing anything.She called the police after I requested my money back, we were escorted off the property after driving 12 hours from NJ, we paid $1000.00 for the rooms, and was told to leave because we complained.Then she charged me 199.99 for one night and we never stayed there, she kicked us off the property..... We had to find another hotel room for an additional $900.00 because of the poor customer service..DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!
